I cancelled my booking at your spa purely because of the terrible service & attitude of Bronwyn.
After requesting that my invoice be updated & sent to me being promised it would be sentv& I would receive feedback about the fact that your pricelist prices are out if date & do not match the invoice prices, finally me calling back again she had the audacity to ask what my email adress is & then told me my cell number is wrong clearly making up stories. I have never seen such a blatant disregard for customer care I cancelled via email &;I haven't received any response or apology. It's a pity as I frequent many high end spa's & never have I come across such appauling service.
