Unprofessional!!!

Good Morning

I have tried to keep this as civil as possible - but get absolutely no response from Angela, after an email was sent on 10 September 2013 about a matter that has dragged on since last year.

Unfortunately this space is not long enough for me to tell the world what an unprofessional company this is, who is actually committing.

Do not communicate with this company via telephone, as they conveniently do not have recordings which exploits their unprofessional manner, and only keep recordings that benefit them.

As mentioned in the email sent on 10 September 2013 to Angela at [Email Removed] I DO NOT WANT TO BE CONTACTED TELEPHONICALLY.

You have once again deducted money from my account. Its companies like this who will create opportunities for you to be blacklisted due to unpaid (illegal) debit orders.

Should I not get a response asap, I will take the matter further legally.
