I requested to be called back by one of the consultants as my company is interested in medical aid policies. A guy called me back and I informed him to call me back as I was driving in 15 minutes. (Never happened). Sean Swartz emailed me all the policy application forms regarding the various options. I emailed him back requesting a consultant to come see me as it is difficult to ask questions if you are doing a process electronically. (Never happened) We are currently with Discovery and you guys are making it so easy to stick to them. Please arrange for a consultant to come and see me. I am based in Northcliff.
