Not impressed with Phonak at all. I was granted a hearing aid from the Government Hospital, and after. Having the hearing aid for roughly 1 year it decides to work when it pleases! And being a teacher to a special needs 13 year old boy I cannot afford to not hear! This is putting his life in danger! Not impressed at all!
