Extremely unsatisfactory customer service

This has been the second time I had to return my glasses to this store both times due to substandard quality that's not expected from a high quality manufacturer (Levi's). The problem however is that the staff @ this branch continuously over promises and under delivers. They keep on making empty promises and they do not keep there customers up to date regarding progress made or the lack thereof regarding eg; repairs. I have returned my frame on the 26/08/2013 for repairs and 7 days later on the 02/09/2013 I have not had any feedback as yet and I had to phone them to find out what the progress is and was told by the person that assisted me that she would find out now and get back to me the same day witch she did but with 2 different stories 1st some one had Stock take 2nd someone was offline but she would then get back to me the following day before 10am. Up till today I have not received any feedback of any kind. Since they have already been paid for there services and products I am of opinion that its not my duty to continuously have to contact them to find out what is going on.
