My husband has a eye operation on 05/09/2013 and the doctor can only perform this operation if GEMS receives a motivational letter, the doctor has sent it on the 30 august 2013 but they said that they did not receive it, I emailed it today to enquiries, hospitalauths and I faxed it as well to 086 100 4367, 011 671 3599 but still they did not receive it, an email is suppose to go instantly as well as faxes, this is absurd because this letter can not go through to them and i need it send asap, this is ridiculous!!!
