We had a lovely stay at Sparkling Waters - the staff were always keen to accommodate us and make a plan to fit in with our pescetarian dietary requirements, as well as any other requests we made. They were always very helpful and didn't make us feel like our requests were a burden on them, which is more than you can say for many in the hospitality industry in SA. They didn't remember all the requirements we stipulated before going there, but always made a plan to accommodate us.
