I used to be a member of Quantum Medical aid. I was not happy with this medical aid so when a new medical aid was introduced i decided to join it. Now i and getting calls that i owe Quantum. I tried to call the medical aid but i could not go through. I need somebody from Quantum to call me and explain how is it that i was paying - R 1500 and only getting R 2300 in saving for me and my daughter. I need a detailed statement to show me why i owe them.
