I cant believe that ER Consulting can send me a sms saying that my account has been long overdue and when you phone them and ask about it that it doesn't even show on their system that the account has been paid. Don't they have a filing system where they keep all the receipts that has been paid? This is very unprofessional for a hospital of such high standards and quality. Then at the end of the day they wanna black list a person for an account thats been paid in full. Very disappointing...
