I sent a claim request on 17 July 2013, after a week I sent another email, and only after a week a get a call from a lady who tells me she also was not going to action it but she decided to call me. Apparently I have not being assisted because the proof of payment receipt I attached to the claim form blocked the doctor's practice and registration number, and no one bothered to let me know, and according to the call I received, it's not their fault thus no one has time for such a claim. Furthermore I was provided with a [Email Removed] I wonder how many more weeks am I going to wait again before someone calls me to tell me that the doctor details I sent are missing.
