We booked at Crafters and paid R3 900 deposit. On our arrival there was nobody there so called the owner. After half an hour a guy came to open the gate but he had no access to our cabin. After waiting for another hour, two maids arrived to open up only to find the place hadn't been cleaned nor made up. Piles of furniture, unwashed dishes, a pan of rotten mussels left outside, unmade beds, an absolute shambles. After yet another hour we moved in. What a night... lumpy pillows, floors still dirty, filthy mats on the floor. So the next day we asked to see another cabin which was lighter. Then went to get some supplies in town. On our return a car was parked at gate entrance. It turned out those people had also been booked into our cabin! So we decided to move to the other cabin, which wasnt much better but we spent the night there. It wasn't up to our standards so we decided to go elsewhere. They refused to refund the balance of our deposit so we landed up paying R3900 for 2 nights stay in an absolute filthy dump!
