I would like Discovery to take this up, as they are my Medical Providers. Firstly, although in Neurosurgeon medical ward, for day surgery. Upon returning to the ward, no-one in Management thought to order a lunch for me and on asking for something, they told me that the lady serving the food would come along and see me and that I should just make sure I order my Dinner too. The lady (Lungie) a most pleasant lady was under much stress and still very polite and a really lovely person. But what upset me was that no-one in Management, who either managed the Kitchen or the Ward took any responsibility. They also took at least ten minutes to answer a bell (requesting whether I may go Home), while they laughed and chatted in the corridor (luckily I was not having a heart attack)???
