Myself and my girlfriend will be attending the fund raising dinner for Reach for a Dream on 17'th August
I was in the process of booking our room to stay in the Metcourt hotel when I noticed that as part of the package it includes a dinner at the Queen of the Nile restaurant
Obviously since we will be dining at the fund raising dinner the Saturday evening - we will not be able to redeem our benefit of a dinner at the Queen of the Nile on the same evening
All I proposed to the call center department was:
We stay at their hotel the Saturday evening of the 17'th, remain at Emperor's the whole Sunday (supporting their business the whole day) then redeem the Queen of the Nile dinner on the Sunday evening
The call center lady and her manager did not want to hear about it and was not interested in making a plan for us - stating that that's how it works and sorry they can't help me
Surely it's win/win for all involved if they just added a human/personal touch to their business model & customer service. Myself and my girlfriend would keep coming back to support their business if they can accommodate such a simple request
