Still my Vitality is deactivated

I dont know how many times I've been complaining about my vitality. last week they sent Genevieve to deal with my complaint, she just disappeared and never get back to me. I sent all the proof of payments to her but she never get back to me with the solution. I called and email her but no response. I really dont know what to do now, perhaps the director him/herself must assist me as the staff has failed to do so.
