I am writing this email on behalf of my Father. He is a chronic medicine user and a loyal Gems Customer for years. My Biggest concern at this point of time is the fact that medipost do not deliver the medicine on the time that they specify via sms. This happens almost every month. My Parents stay in a small town down the Garden Route and rely heavily on this courier service. If it was not for the local doctor, they could've ended up in the hospital already. This time they spent the whole weekend, Since Thursday 20 June 2013 till today 24 June 2013 waiting on their medicine. The last time the courier told them that they partied before delivering the Meds the Monday (over christmas periond 2012). This has been an ongoing problem and it is even worse over public holidays and year end.
Please sort out your couriers as they are unreliable (most of the time), and does not keep their clients informed.
I believe you are about to lose another client because of this unreliable service been rendered.
