Our Baby was born 07-06-2013, A day after birth she had to be admitted to the NNICU. I would like to bring to the Netcare Linmed's management staff's attention the absolutely amazing and caring staff they have in their Maternity and NNICU departments.
The staff kept us up to date on our daughters condition and explained what was happening and what they were doing.
In particular the staff Annalize in Maternity ward and Charlotte and "Ouma" in NNICU. They went out of there way to help and reassure us. Charlotte came to my wife's bed side the day after our baby was taken to NNICU to give my wife a update on our babies condition as my wife could not yet walk.
"Ouma" shared her wisdom with us and personally cared for our daughter during her day shift as did Annalize when our baby was back in the Nursery. All the staff in these wards where amazing and unfortunately i can not remember all of them to thank them in the Compliment report.
We can not really put in words our gratefulness of the amazing staff you have at your hospital.
We would also like to thank Dr Snipelisky and Dr Haacke for there amazing service.
