Unhappy about bankmed poor service

Icalled care cross on 5/6/13 to ask some questions as Iwas not clear on certain things iholded too long to talk to someone&when Idid get hold of someone she gave me attitude her name is Glenda Colbie if she doesn't know her job she must go back to training&learn how to speak to customers&how you should help them, I started suffering from headache on Saturday/ Sunday&Tuesday I had to drink 5 headache tables pday for me to be ok and thats not normal. All I wanted to know is what do Ineed to do to go see a specialist at the headache clinic in Johannesburg, now I was told that I won't be covered for that as Ididn't put that information on the form when I filled it in, I used to suffer from headaches when I was 22&the problem went away how was Isupposed to know that it will come back that I need to fill it in on the medical aid forms. Iam very unhappy about the service that Ihave received now &I am very irate because this medical aid is not free I pay for it&I need to see what Iam paying for&right now I am not. I called the Optical Dep&that number keeps going back to the IVR ihave sent email&the responce was for me to send more emails that come back as undelivered&iam fustrated. Please HELP
