Poor client service possibly one of the worst I have ever come across I requested a termination certificate a month ago on the 3 May 2013 and still no satisfaction. I also received incorrect information and many hassles from the call centre, no followups, the turn around time is inexcusably poor and the call centre lacks enthusiasm. I called the call centre over 5 times and everyone I spoke to came with a different excuse. The communication is inexcusably poor also with the insufficient and incorrect information I received, leaves me to question the level expertise and product knowledge they have.
