Bad attitude

I recently went to the Mens Clinic In Marble towers 15th floor in Joburg Cenral, the service I received there was so poor, reception Consultants were dirty and untidy, the place looked dirty, I expected to see that kind of service in a Government Hospital with low budget now an expensive clinic like that one.

We were over booked and those receptions attendants were complaining that they want to go home its already late, I mean how do you expect patients to have confidence in a clinic while workers are comaplaining, the place needs to be cleaned really.
