LANCET RUDE TO THIER CUSTOMERS

Lancet Laboratories are very rude to customers. You need do things properly. An invoice is sent in to medical aid with the wrong code which you guys put the wrong code on it. So statement payment was delayed then you send threating SMSs with Legal action or you are being handed over to ITC. You have every person calling but nothing gets done. Like a Circus. You made the mistake. I did call medical Aid; process was in progress but still the Threating SMSs. I called you update you but still SMS came.
You have no idea with customs relationships. You need to learn. When hear your name my blood pressure increases. Learn now to hear customers, .if you did not have the hospital support you would never make the way you treat customers.
