I purchased 2 hospitality packages through Grand Stand Events in Pretoria for the Bon Jovi concert at Soccer City in Johannesburg on the 11th May months ago, and a day before the event I received a email notifying me that they are no longer able to supply the service. I had to sign a contract with them and pay in full upfront months ago and I find this absolutely unacceptable.
They have a good reputation in the market but have really dropped the ball this time.
I have no idea how they plan to remedy this!! The tickets were a gift for my fianc? birthday and I'm totally devastated by this event.
