Long term pains

I had a louvre roof installed early December 2015.
After nearly a year and a guarantee of 5 years on the workmanship for the roof. The roof after a year is still not fully functional, when it drizzles the roof leaks everywhere.
I have called on multiple occasions, emailed many times and Had the owner Nic provide me with empty promises and Frank not pitch up on any day he promises to be there.
Crap, pathetic, poor and rude. The lady answering the phone laughs in my ear when i raise the issues, as i tell her she is rude for laughing she makes it out i am at fault for being upset.
