Rude when problem was reported

We are renting a house and have asked the owners to sort some electrical issues in the house including the swimmingpool. They contacted Andre from Bevonk Elektries in Pretoria and accepted his quote.
He fixed all the electrical issues in the house. He also attended to the swimming pool and replaced a few pipes. He specifically point out that we will be able to use the swimmingpool pump the next day. As we turned it on it started to leak again. We reported it to the owner and to Andre and the owner told us that Andre told them that we had to wait 24hours and did not obay his instruction. No mention was made to us of 24hours as we asked him. He refuse to fix it now. When I phoned him asked him why he to the owners of the house as he did made mention of 24hours. He started to become very rude and said I have no common sence. I told him that I do not carry knowledge of the products he use and rely on his expertiese. He just kept on telling me that we have no common sence. He became so rude that I had to put the phone down in his ears. He cleary has no good business ethics!!! We now have to pay for this out of our own pocket to get fixed.
