Poor service. Lack of professionalism. Not helpful

Supply a wrong part (light switch) and/or wrong installation diagram for my Samsung fridge/freezer.
Refused to supply the right diagram.
Refuse to send a technician.
Refuse to take the part back for refund
Offer to bring the whole fridge to them for replacing a light switch. (Can you believe it?!?!)
