Ordered and paid for a Nokia phone on 19 January 2013. First I was told they are waiting for stock. Then I was told they can't find stock from a supplier and offered to refund me. This was on 31 January. I was told they only do refunds on the 10th of the month. When I enquired about my refund, I was told their system has crashed. On the 18th of February I was told I was refunded, but must wait 48 hours for the credit to reflect on my account. Up till today -no money in my account!!!
