Samsung 13 KG washine machine

I bought a 13 kg washing machine on 26 January 2013. Within the first 3 days, i noticed that the machine had 2 faults, the time kept stepping up instead of going down, secondly, keeps giving me load unbalanced from time to time.

This was logged with Game, who reported it to Samsung, sent Technifix out, and have heard nothing since.

I am now thinking that i should have stayed with LG.

Prior to buying this SAMSUNG, I had a LG for 14 years with no serious problems.
