Many bad reviews on these crooks. Bad quality goods. Bunch of thieves. Do not buy from Electromann SA, terrible service and quality.
I ordered the 18 watt LEDs from the. The LED lights themselves seem fine. The problem is that each box had a different AC Adapter – different sizes. One was white and the others were black. The LED lights are all 18 watts. The problem is that each AC Adapter is 5V and 1Amp. P = VI, so the power is 5Watts. All the AC Adapters got incredibly hot – so hot that I could not even tough them. A definite FIRE HAZARD.
It seems that someone at your company swapped the 5V 3A ones that came with other substandard ones?
When I complained, and wanted a refund, they said I must send the goods back (my own courier) and that they will refund me. On their TOS this exludes courier. After such a bad experience, why would I trust them?
When I explained all this to the crooked owner Cornelius, he had the audacity to say he cannot trust me to return the goods after the refund. Why would I trust this idiot to return my money after receiving such bad quality goods in the first place? They TOS states that they can charge 15 percent handling fee and other hidden clauses.
Electromann SA are a bunch of crooked thieves and liars. They sell poor substandard items and the owner is very rude and arrogant. Please save your money and don't get scammed by this bunch of thieves!
If you want to be ripped off buy from Electromann and the thief Cornelius.
Not to mention their products are substandard and can cause a fire. Please do not buy from these crooks!
