I just spoke to Kevin, regarding a repair on my new Note 3 (ADH).

I was over the moon at how efficient, friendly and concise Kevin was that I just had to say Thank You. He truly made me glad to be a samsung 'customer'.

I hope Samsung truly values this employee, as believe me, such employees are hard to come by.
