Have no order number to pay- cannot go onto websit

I have even left a message on fb, i placed an order ages ago, and havent received an order number to do the eft- i have gone back to smoking normal ciggs after 5 months only on the e-ciggies, i stay in Howick, so have to have them sent speed delivery... pleeeeez can someone get back to me, you can reach me on 0793759795
