I bought and TV and It stated switching on and off. It went in for repairs about 6 times and they all said they couldn't see the problem. Now the TV is completely off, I have been calling them since December till today samsung has not helped me. My case was handled by some guy called Sylvester since day one and he plays sick games everytime I call they say he is busy and he'll call in 5 minutes and he never calls back and I have been told he is the supervisor now I dont even know who to call because I am told he is the only one who can handle my case. I dont want to use my lawyers for something so stupid and simple. These has been a bad service and I have spend a lot of money on these TV, Samsung should really respond to their customers.any advice.
