Aircon sales with no install 2weeks late

WOW, shockingly pathetic service from Samsung, The Glen.
I bought an aircon and Samsung cannot install this for me and have just confirmed that they will refund me... 2weeks of following up and only for Thabo & Victor to tell me that I should come in for a refund tomorrow.
