Bad Service regarding Cellphone Contracts

I applied for the porting of 2 Business lines from Autopage MTN to Vodacom on 28/12/2013. After three days I haven't heard from them, I phoned and apparently one guy asked another to lodge it and he didn't do it. I complained to the Talk2us department of iStore. They referred it to Francois the store manager. He then looked into it. Apparently some errors were received (mainly due to bad admin) and they blamed Vodacom for it all. The system is to slow, Vodacom doesn't answer etc. Friday 10/01/2014 they called and told me all was fine and approved I can come and collect my phones. I arrived at the store and had to recomplete everything. They then captured it on the system just to tell me they can't do the porting. They will go with me to Vodacom to do it. (This after they told me all is fine and I can come and collect). Vodacom told them to Bring it on Monday 13/01/2014. Its Monday today and I received an email from Vodacom where they want more documents as those received from iStore isn't complete. Vodacom are going to do the contracts and will order the phones. Why then go to iStore if Vodacom is going to do it anyway. Why offer a product if you can't do the job? BAD SERVICE!!!
