Poor Service, False Advertising & Lack of communic

As an avid internet shopper I came across iWarehouse and was very stoked to see their great deals on the items I was looking for. So I placed an order. As their website advertised that payment before 11 on the same day would guarantee same day delivery I was even more excited. Well one week later I am still awaiting delivery and did also not receive any form or correspondence from them indicating when I would so I phoned them only to be greeted by Adriaan who immediately went on the defensive. He was very arrogant and rude. He then told me my product was out of stock and had been for weeks and that the supplier would only be back on 13 January and even then he could not guarantee delivery. This company advertises that they have stock of products that they don't have and then can't make good on the order. After asking for a refund, I was told that he can't tell me when I would receive it and that I would have to phone back and speak to Tracy who handles all refunds. I dread to know how long I will have to wait for this! Funny thing is if Adriaan had just been a bit more polite and sympathetic to my plight I would not have cancelled the order and written this complaint.
