Lack of responce from MD downward

Having had my electric hob repaired at exorbitant cost in January 2011 a repeat fault stated to develop in Nov 2012. AEG service man arrived 3 days after the appointed time with no parts, opened the hob, decided the fault was in the control unit (again) and left promising to get back with the neccessary part. Followed up a week later only to told that the unit was out of gaurantee but that in view of the circumstances AEG would waive the callout fee and replace the part at R700 (about half the retail price of the unit previously supplied). I reluctantly agreed. Again followed up about a week later to be told that there were no parts available and I would be contacted as soon as the part had been located. No futher contact over the Christmas period. Again I called mid Jan 2013 to be told that AEG no longer booked calls for out of gauantee product and I should contact one of their service outlets. I phoned in CT and left a message for the MD Peter Brownlee to phone me.---- To date no responce. AEG lack of product quality is only outdone by their lack of service and concern from the MD downward.
