Arrive Late - No Apology

We requested an air conditioner to be installed in our home this Saturday and arrangements were made for the above company to arrive at 9am and be done by latest 12pm. We had made further plans for our day and were meant to meet with family as well.

The people commissioned to install our A/C called at 9:30 saying that they fetched our unit and would arrive by 10am.By 11 we received a call to say they were lost and by 12 nobody had shown up! We live in Fourways and these people were coming from Midrand, so I hardly believe for a minute it took them an hour of being lost to call and yet still another hour and half to find our place. They only arrived by 12:30.

By now all our plans for the day were shot as they only finished the installation by 2pm!
There was no apology or explanation for their late arrival at all and it was taken that we should just accept that our day was ruined and get on with it!!!

It is absolutely despicable that this kind of service should be acceptable to anyone and Mark actually had the audacity to ask my husband to recommend him to other people within our area! No such thing will happen for the unreliability of this company!
