I went in to purchase a new cover for the Iphone 5 and the owner of the shop told me that this particular one that I was looking at was 'not expensive' it was R299-00 for a flap case for the phone. I said ok and asked if they could also put on the cover " NO she said " I cannot absolutely do it and the technician is out at the moment. no sorry, no nothing. Then she said that the price was actually R399-00. I retorted " that naughty"
" that the price, she replied. I again said " that's really naughty" but she was not prepared to apologize for her obvious attempt at... and overcharging a customer blatantly after quoting me a price of R100-00 cheaper and to top it, she never gave me my change, so she actually charged me R400-00 for an item she quoted R299-00 for. Not good, this is a rip off... arent apple making enough money anymore
