I applied for a blackberry on cellspot and within 24 hours received a call to say i have been pre-approved and the following day received a sms for cellspot saying i have been approved and that my package will be delivered within 5 to 7 days and as to date nothing and i find this very bad service. Cant even get hold of the cellspot all consultants always busy left a number of messages and no one phones back well I blocked the debit order till i get an answer or i will take the next step and log a complaint with the ombus man on this matter is i dont get and answer today!!!
