Poor service not willing to help

I handed in my Samsung monitor for repairs and it has been 2 weeks and it is still not repaired. The excuse I received is that they are waiting for Samsung to approve the repair yet they have made no attempt to get this sorted even after they were shown the proof of purchase. They agreed that the monitor was still under warranty. They will repair the monitor if I pay cash but it seems that they are not interested in handling a warranty claim.
