I ordered a camera from ishopline for R6000 which they said they had in stock. I deposited the money R200 for delivery. I got a call from Fedex this morning saying they wanted to deliver the camera but I had to pay R3350 in handling charges... turns out the camera came from England. I phoned ishoponline and they said I had to pay those charges and then they would refund me. I have refused to pay and said that they have to pay. I got no reply. When I tried to phone she put the phone down on me. I phoned from another number and asked for the manager's name and number which she refused to give to me. I have now demanded a refund... let's see if it happens. If this is a legitimate business this is the worst service I have ever had!! I would definitely not recommend buying from them.
