I was shopping for a new Canon EOS 650D triple lens bundle. On the website of Gadget planet limited I found this bundle for a bargain price of R5500 including FREE delivery. After getting into contact with Bryan, sales director, via email [Email Removed] I asked about payment plans, warranties and for a detailed quote for one bundle. He aswered me back by stating I should pay a deposit of R3500 for my delivery to be the very next day. He also assured me that the remaining balance can be paid over the duration of the next 4 months. The next day after paying the deposit he sent me an email that if I don't pay the rest of the money (R2000) my package won't be delivered. So I payed the rest, but did not receive my package. On day 3, I receive an email stating that I must pay a delivery fee of R3300 or otherwise my package will not be delivered. After phoning Bryan on day 3 to ask what this fee was, he stated that the parcel contains 2 cameras and 6 lenses, and that I should pay the amount to receive my package... after stating very clearly the first time that delivery is Free! I just feel that this is not a small amount of money and did not get what I paid for..
