In November 2012 I received a statement for the Total Due amount of R3362.95, In December 2012 I settled the amount, having paid in total R4200.00 to these people. Now in May 2013 I am being harassed by them again for an outstanding amount of R472.68. I am not sure where they get this from as I settled my account last year already.
The reason my account was in arrears in the first place is that I was retrenched, I have started working last year that is why I was able to settle the account, I was so happy to tick that one account off my arrear list and now they burst my bubble by demanding more money from me. Is this right.
I feel I have paid them everything owing to them I feel I do not need to pay them any more money than I already have.
