3weeks without any feedback!!!

Handed my Samsung galaxy s3 in for repairs at Samsung gateway only to get told they only sell the rubbish and in know way wud even send it a few kms. Down the road to there walk in repair centre and had to drive there myself walked in handed them the phone to which I was told its physical damage with nt a scratch on the phone strange that it has been there almost four weeks with no response have gone there four times to get the excuse oh we waiting to hear from Joburg try phoning them the lines are always down then ive since phoned the call centre 3 times no response back ime warning everyone pls don't buy Samsung substandard products with no backup there warranty is by worth the paper it's printed on ime planning to hand them over and get the s3recalled. It's come to my attention the corning gorilla glass 2 was ordered to thin and the frame that supports it substandard to Any specification I need people who have had broken s3s to pls contact me I will get the phone recalled with enough support thanks
