I have been trying to get my academic transcript. I emailed [email protected] and [email protected].
on the 15th I got a response from Lehlogonolo saying it has been posted and it will be faxed as well. On 26/06 I made a follow up as I have received nothing. Thobekile Mtshali responded on 28/06 saying it was posted but it will be posted again. To date I have received nothing.
This is so frustrating since Unisa no longer takes calls and when you try to call it rings and rings but no answer.
