The need for communication

I emailed Unisa over a month ago, beginning of the new year they eventually responded saying my query has been forwarded to the law faculty. After 4 follow up emails to every link and address I can find I still have not received any response. With a service run solely online, customer service of this standard to prospective students is extremely unacceptable. For those seeking further education I would begin looking else where as you may not receive a response before the close of registration.
