Delaying of Results to Prevent students from leavi

Hi

My Sister studied at TNC from 2012 Jan-Dec. She says they do not have enough PC's to teach Pastel.
Now she wants to transfer to Tshwane South College at AttridgeVille BUT TNC does not release their results in one subject - it seems this is done intentionally to avoid students from leaving the poor service delivery at TNC to other Further Education and training (FET) colleges.

They do not even aswer their phones - I called 0124011600 many times. NO ANSWER.
