I am paying for my little sister's fees, and I'm dealing with this all over again. 1st of all I called last week Fri and was told that results were not out. Called back Mon and was told they've been out since Thurs late... mxm!
My little sister went to the campus today to fetch her results and 3 subjects are pending!!
This is a rip-off! I had to pay an exam fee for her to re-write 1 subject for her N2 cause they had taken some marks. Now this again...
Out of a total of 4 subjects they took marks for whatever reason which was not communicated to anyone for 3 subject. Now this whole nonsense means I have to pop out money again cause she cannot get her N2 certificate cause of that 1 subject she had to re-write which is still pending. This is clear nonsense!!! It is a rip-off.
Never doing this again. Tshwane South College is filled with incompetent employees who don't have customer service skills and are just plain rude and unhelpful.
