I Registered with Intec in February an paid a deposit of R1000 and received my study material middle of March, at the beginning of April i decided to change my course an study something im more passionate about. I was ask to send back my study material and was told my transfer was being processed & I will not have any problems. Two weeks down they told me that i have an unpaid Personal account since last year and my transfer cannot go through. I explained to them that the account was an was being investigated. They then asked for a letter from that company stating the account was being investigated, the company refused to untill it was completed. I was then asked to get an affidavit bout a month ago an could not cause i fell ill & i asked for my account to be closed. Intec now refuses to cancel my contract an requires a medical note. Firstly my illness has nothing to do with Intec & is PRIVATE.Secondly, I DONT HAVE STUDY MATERIAL, How do you expect me to pay when i dont have anything & Finally, WHY did your systems approve my application the first time?? I want this contract cancelled or this matter will be taken to the newspapers.
