I registered to do my pgce and I have got my teaching prac starting next week. I am meant to have 11 tutorial letters (pcf 410x) which are essential to completing my prac. I contacted to despatch department and they said these tut letters have not even been printed yet and I must go download them and print them myself. When I went online to download these tut letters they comprise of 337 pages. I think it is completely unacceptable that I am expected to use my own money to have these tut letters printed. I have paid for the course which includes the study material. Is UNISA just trying to get out of spending money? I am a full time student and I think relaying the extra cost onto the student is completely unacceptable. I have paid for this study material and I would appreciate it if it could be delivered this week as I start my prac next week.
