If I receive one more sms or email telling me to pay my account, I might just lose it. I registered and paid in FULL on the 15th of February. The consultant I spoke to confirmed that he had received the payment and completed my registration on the 22nd of February. It is now nearly 35 days since I paid. I havent received my material. When I called this morning I was told that today is my 21 days and that the request will now be sent to despatch my material. Naturally I was incredibly frustrated as the consultant I spoke to (Mandy) didnt sound like she had a care in the world. "requests" or "messages" are sent from one department to the next. The hand doesnt know what the is doing at Intec. This is the 2nd time I am using Intec. I never imagined that service delivery, competency, and efficiency could have been affected to this degree since a year ago. I will STRONGLY RECOMMEND AGAINST USING INTEC. For the record "leaders in distant learing" definately does not apply to YOU!!!
