NO FEEDBACK

Student no: 10011562015, I have enrrolled with Intec for the General Management Course, when I enrolled it was with a Samsung Galaxy Smartphone (S5300), I have not received the cellphone to date and when I enquire about it with Drikus Brand @ Intec if i am lucky I get an e-mail stating he will investigate, till today no feedback and NO CELLPHONE. Then I get sms's, phone calls and statements showing I am in arrears for my cash payment, I have signed a debit order form and the amount that should be deducted is R352.00 per month. I have also taken this up with Drikus Brand and also still no feedback. Before i know it i will be handed over for this amount. I just feel I have signed a contract and I should get what I signed for and will be paying for. Can I please be advised as to when I will be receiving my Cell phone and when will this account be rectified to a debit order.
